When visiting our office, you will be welcomed by a number of individuals who assist our providers. These team members will perform routine functions such as preparing you for your examination, removing sutures or staples, taking your x-rays, and applying casts or splints. Callers will be greeted personally by one of our team members. Please understand that during busy times when we are assisting other patients in the office, you may be asked to leave a message. We will make every effort to answer your call promptly. It is our policy to try and return phone messages by the end of the day. In no event will we take longer than 24 hours to respond. |
